Dave is our Chef, and brings decades of experience in some of Victoria’s most iconic venues and inner city eateries. Despite his experience, Dave continuously strives to learn, experiment and perfect. Joining Dave in the kitchen is Zoe, Apprentice Chef and next generation culinarian.
As a team we are all incredibly proud to present a diverse menu of immersive flavours and textures.
The quality of the final dish is of paramount importance to us. For this reason we are very particular in the selection of our produce, meticulous in the treatment of every ingredient, and completely dedicated to perfecting our flavours, oh the flavours!

Our bar has been carefully curated, and showcases the finest local wines, boutique liquor and handmade syrups.
Not only a qualified Chef, Tamara is also a qualified Sommelier. Her wine knowledge is second to none and she is always happy to discuss the intricacies of our wines with you. Tamara can recommend the perfect drink to accompany any dish, or one for you to simply sit back and enjoy.
